Every Reaction Doesn't Have an Equal and Apposite Action

In the realm of human interactions, it is often said that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. This concept, rooted in Newton's Third Law of Motion, suggests that for every force exerted, there is a corresponding force exerted in the opposite direction. While this principle holds true in the realm of physics, it is important to recognize that in the complexities of human life, every reaction doesn't necessarily have an equal and apposite action. This blog aims to explore this notion and shed light on why it is crucial to approach our reactions with thoughtfulness and discernment.

The Complexity of Human Reactions:

Human beings are inherently emotional creatures, and our reactions are often driven by our emotions. However, emotions can be volatile and subjective, leading to reactions that may not align with the situation at hand. While a certain action may trigger a strong emotional response, it doesn't mean that an equally strong reaction is always warranted or appropriate. Reacting impulsively without considering the consequences can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and regret.

The Power of Mindful Responses:

Instead of reacting instinctively, it is essential to cultivate the practice of mindful response. Mindful responses involve taking a moment to pause, reflect, and consider the implications of our actions before we respond. By doing so, we can navigate challenging situations with clarity, empathy, and understanding. Mindful responses are rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a desire to foster positive outcomes.

The Impact of Unbalanced Reactions:

When we fail to recognize that not every reaction requires an equal and apposite action, we risk exacerbating conflicts and perpetuating a cycle of negativity. Reacting disproportionately can escalate a situation, intensify emotions, and damage relationships. It is crucial to understand that responding in a measured and thoughtful manner can yield more constructive outcomes, fostering understanding and cooperation instead.

Finding Balance and Empathy:

Recognizing that not all reactions warrant immediate and forceful actions allows us to cultivate empathy and understanding in our interactions. Empathy enables us to see situations from different perspectives, appreciate the underlying motivations of others, and respond with compassion. By embracing empathy, we can foster healthier relationships, diffuse tensions, and promote a more harmonious environment.

The Power of Choosing Our Reactions:

Ultimately, it is within our power to choose how we react to various situations. Instead of simply being driven by our initial emotional responses, we can take a step back and evaluate the potential consequences of our reactions. This choice empowers us to respond in a manner that aligns with our values, promotes personal growth, and encourages positive change.

So:

While Newton's Third Law of Motion holds true in the realm of physics, it is essential to recognize that every reaction doesn't have an equal and apposite action in the complexities of human life. By cultivating mindfulness, empathy, and self-awareness, we can break free from impulsive reactions and embrace thoughtful responses. Choosing our reactions allows us to navigate challenges with grace, build stronger relationships, and create a more harmonious world. Remember, it is the power of our responses that truly shapes the quality of our lives and the lives of those around us.

Balancing Referrals Fairly

Balancing Professional Recommendations: Ethical Considerations in the Hiring Process

In today's interconnected professional world, networking and recommendations play a vital role in career advancement and job opportunities. However, when a colleague or acquaintance insists on their referral's hiring, it raises important ethical considerations that must be carefully evaluated. My article explores the delicate balance between professional recommendations and impartial decision-making in the hiring process.

The Power of Recommendations:

Recommendations hold substantial weight in the hiring process. Employers often rely on referrals from trusted sources to identify potential candidates. A referral from a colleague can provide insights into an individual's work ethic, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. Such recommendations can save time and resources, offering a streamlined approach to recruitment.

Maintaining Objectivity:

While recommendations are valuable, it is essential to uphold the principles of fairness and equal opportunity when making hiring decisions. Employers have a responsibility to assess candidates objectively, considering their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements. Succumbing to external pressure to hire a recommended candidate without proper evaluation may compromise the integrity of the selection process and adversely affect team dynamics.

Communication and Transparency:

When faced with persistent requests from a colleague to hire their referral, open communication becomes crucial. Engage in an honest conversation, expressing appreciation for the recommendation while emphasizing the need for a fair and unbiased hiring process. Clearly communicate the company's policies and procedures, ensuring that decisions are based on merit and align with the organization's values.

Seek Multiple Opinions:

To avoid any perception of favoritism, involve multiple stakeholders in the hiring process. Encourage a diverse panel of interviewers to evaluate candidates, drawing on their unique perspectives and expertise. This approach fosters an inclusive environment where decisions are made collectively, minimizing the influence of personal connections.

Professional Development Opportunities:

If the recommended candidate does not align with the current opening, explore other avenues within the company where their skills and qualifications may be a better fit. By offering alternative options for employment, you demonstrate your commitment to supporting your colleague's referral while ensuring that the hiring decision is based on the best interests of the organization.

So....
Professional recommendations can be invaluable, acting as a catalyst for identifying exceptional talent. However, it is essential to strike a balance between honoring referrals and maintaining an impartial and equitable hiring process. By establishing transparent communication, seeking diverse opinions, and exploring alternative opportunities, employers can navigate these situations with integrity, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.

Aatmanirbhar ki Aatmakatha

India will not remain backward....Only some people's thinking capacity will go backwards towards worst. And with this thinking capacity they will spread negativity and try to oppose progress of India but they can delay the progress for few fractions but they cant stop.

I am appalled at the stupidity and understanding level of our people comparing our PM's phone (I phone) dress and mocking his request for #LocalkeliyeVocal

How Aatmanirbhar project is different from Swadeshi movement of Gandhi ji?

PM Modi said #LocalkeliyeVocal  NOT  'Use only local' and boycott everything foreign...its not Gandhiji's Swadeshi movement..its about building A SELF RELIANT ECONOMY BUT NOT IN ISOLATION...
Modi has not requested anyone to burn our MNC products nor stop wearing them or purchasing them....
His request is to MAKE USE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE OF LOCAL STUFF AVAILABLE and this applies to safeguarding the NATION'S ECONOMY starting from OUR VILLAGES, OUR TOWNS AND CITIES, OUR STATE, OUR REGION AND OUR COUNTRY ...to USE the produce of our villages, products manufactured in our state and within the country as first choice…to help money circulate within the country during this pandemic...to benefit citizen

And definitely we all know that just like million of products are made in India and are of great quality, there are also thousand of product which is not feasible to make in India….International EXPORT & IMPORT and how it helps to build Foreign Exchange is something everyone should understand…it’s a global necessity…NOT JUST FOR SURVIVAL BUT SUSTAINABILITY  AND PROFITABLE SUCCESS

Small example- just as we export Rice, medicines fish, Muga Silk, Tea, Organic items and handicraft products etc from India and Euporeans an Americans buy them…similarly India buys Defence items, Bullet-proof cars that PM uses, the Iphone that you use, the Microsoft software, maximum electronic brand, etc…and global trade happens these way
Now, you can ask why we cannot make these in India…well YES, we can make them and have started…but we lost 70 years when we surrendered to everything western as our politicians were in awe of them…
Make In India effort in a MASS FORM was started by Modiji and no one before…so chill…check where the loopholes is and than comment…

Meanwhile, take that one small step to be the #jantaarmy #mainbhifauji #LocalkeliyeVocal

Start using - toothpaste brand Close-up, Dabur, Vicco instead of pepso & colgate….Cinthol, Medimix, Ayurvedic soaps instead of Dove, Pears, Lux, etc…etc etc…we have unlimited Indian products but we have all forgotton them due to the invasion of foreign players…they killed our market long back and now have bought many Indian brand and are majority shareholders…

How Middle Class people will get benifits from this 20lakh crore?
Money is not going to come to your pocket directly. You have to earn it. Many small and micro scale company will open which will produce plenty of jobs. Foreign company will first reduce their price in India to compete with Indian products. More foreign companies will open their factory in India and they will start mentioning "MADE IN INDIA" in their cover. Also this will create loads of Job in India (Just like Samsung Noida factory created more than 10000 on factory/office job).

Also this lockdown helped us to understand what all work we can do by own. People started making mask, sanitizer and they have become beauty specialist by cutting hair...etc. So people will take benifits of this Govt package and they will start their own factory/business. In that way they will create more job.
So if anyone wants to take advantage of this package then have to earn it. You can't get anything free in this world.

We Indians have lots of potentials but we use only few. If we atleast use our 40% potential also then it's enough.

India will done.

New World Post Covid-19

Welcome to the new world post corona
I think this is Corona situation is not going to finish soon. It will take time. It's going to be part of life like other disease like cancer, kidney issues, etc. Those who take care of themselves will survive those who don't they will not make it.

When the lockdown will open atleast for coming 6-10 months we need to maintain social distance, hygiene and cleanliness. People are not going to service if they don't change.

Business will hamper if they don't change the way of operation and diversify their offerings. Last week I saw a small saloon converted to a vegetable and fruits shop and making more money than earlier. All shops are selling milk now. So if they don't change then they will not survive.

Employees will not able to keep their job if they don't accept challenges and they have to do cross functional work.

Companies new recruitment is going to less and they will expect existing employees to do cross-functional work.

Hotels , restaurant and amusement theme verticals are going to get biggest impact.

Shopping malls needs to operate "No Touch" shopping process.

Automobile industry may get benefits as some people will not prefer public transport.

Production is going to impact as daily labourers will prefer to stay at their village atleast for some period.

Education industry is a recession free industry. But they needs to change their delivery machanism. Small public schools or low fees schools are not going to survive as they don't have  adequate resources to use technology.

Software and IT industry has lots of opportunities if they want to work towards it. Small companies having projects in hand not getting good enginers and big companies having enginers sitting at bench. They both can utilise this as an opportunity and work together so that both IT companies, employees and the client will get benifits.
Staying at home people learn various things. I can cut my own hair now. So I am going to save Rs. 700 per month on this. Similarly people are not going to be dependent on someone now. Housemaid absense is not going to impact anyone.
Though RBI predicted a good GDP growth for FY22 but I don't think it's going to be more than 2-3% for the coming three years.
Only good negotiations on export of pharma product will help Govt to gain something.

However from an individual to big industry who ever don't accept the challenge and change themselves are not going to stay long. With times they will be vanished.

Welcome to the new world post corona. Let's accept it before we regret.

Ayodhya a emotional verdict

Keeping religion aside Think as a nationalist on Ayodhya case as a property dispute where documents are missing or not promising.
Before you judge which side to support go through the below points:

Babur Vs Rama

1. Babur ruled only 4 years establishing Mughal empire in India where as Rama ruled for 11000year in Treta Yug (31years as per current Yug)

2. As a king Babur has no achievement or contribution to the country apart from his poems.
Where as today we refer to Rama Rajya because of his great civilization strategies.

3. Rama never says he Hindu , as per the history Babur consider himself as Fighter for Muslims (Jihad) but not Muslims by any standards

4. Rama is icon since 6000 years but today we give example of Akbar not Babur. Muslim people never wanted to be like Babur but Akbar.

5. Whenever required Rama fought in War whenever required he gave up his kingdom.

6. When Vibhishana helped Rama to fought with Ravaan after the war he gave the kingdom to Vibhishana and same thing with Shugrib.

But when Babur invited by Daulat Khan Lodi to defeat Ibrahim Lodi and after war he established his empire in Delhi. Wherever Babur went he killed thousands of people and captured the women and children.

7. Nobody in presence general of Muslims should not identified by Babur. Destroying temples selling Hindu women in Kabul or Kazakhstan , no one will become like him.

Now you decide whether the property to be given to built a temple or a Mosque. My opinion the verdict should be on behalf of Rama and if in case court decides to divide property then the mosque should not be named as Babri Masjid.

Let's wait and watch as few hours left. Practically it looks like a property division verdict.

Magnet is You ( Law of attraction)

It's a potent secret, also a very useful one...if only you know how to apply. The law of attraction can be summed up in three simple words "thoughts become things".If I sit down to say briefly, this one single law governs anything and everything in known and unknown universe....it simply says that, any thought that we harbour in our mind and nurture it immensely day-after-day,month-after-month,the object of our thought gets attracted to us,knowingly or unknowingly. When we create a desire in our heart for anything...when we present the list of our needs to universe, the law of attraction responds...and the time of response is directly proportional to the deepness of our thoughts and needs. But many of us fail to utilize this gift because of one simple reason...we are never clear in our mind about what we want,we divert all our energy to things that we DONT WANT rather than focussing on what we WANT.In case of this law...the energy of universe acts like the genie from aladdin's lamp, our task is simple...JUST ASK.
We always light a little fire in some corner of our heart in terms of our wish....wish for money, success, for a lovely girl, lots of fame but we never present the list,we never demand it from universe.Rather than giving fuel to that little fire,we let it die...saying that "it's not possible",and do u know what the genie says..."your wish is my command master".In this way our desires are never fulfilled ,because we never give them space to grow. The question now arises HOW?
As Einstein told once, imagination is more important than knowledge .....start imagining and visualizing "things" that you want...just close your eyes and live your dream.Try to visualise the world that you want to create for you,try to visualise the life that you want, visualize the girl of your dreams in your arms, and all these things will get attracted to you,you shall act like a magnet.

The world and universe as we know it,is the result of our thoughts and concepts that we bear in our psyche.Hence the energy in universe and energy of our thoughts are connected through LAW OF ATTRACTION....only if we dare to ask,the energy shall respond in some way or the other. We always give up hope because we never see the path or way of our desires turning into reality...thw law states that path is never clearly visible, hence focus on things that you want...path shall be created. It's just like walking a tightrope,if you focus on the farside of rope ,you'll lose balance so simply focus on next step....you'll reach the other end, even before you know it yourself.
There's volumes and volumes written on this law,but I suppose this should be enough to make a head start.

.....so next time,be careful what you wish for, your wish may come true.
